I want to take the time to thank all of the Technicians at Pro Tech Squad who were instrumental in restoring my computer. After a free download of Windows 10, my computer was riddled with problems, including the inability to download programs, view videos- including the tutorial for Windows 10.

I joined Software Shack and they have been wonderful to work with. They have solved all my problems each time I have called. They even helped me install my new printer fax machine. Thank you to Paul and Bhrat for all your assistance.

Manjit was definitely a big help, I had a message come up on my facebook account that there was MalWare on my computer. I knew there couldn't have been, Software Shack has always kept my computer free of viruses & MalWare. I never click on anything that the internet tells me to click on without calling Software Shack first. A big thanks goes out to Manjit & all the others, Baljheet Singh, Deepak Singh & the staff at Software Shack. Wouldn't use anyone else for my computer needs.
